When a user faces a Roku login issue, most of the time you get a notification regarding the error that the password or email address that you have typed is incorrect. It can also mean that you have lost the connection to your Internet or your Roku app. As the app is unable to verify the login credentials that you typed is correct or incorrect ( it requires an Internet connection) for that purpose. You need to update the connection by visiting the Roku home page, selecting the Settings tab, and then clicking on the Network tab. In several cases, the Network Page will show a strong connection but the page doesn’t always show a clear result, so you have to go ahead and update it.
