. Til ke Ladoo (Sesame and Jaggery Sweet Balls)
These melt-in-your-mouth ladoos are a winter favorite in Indian households.
Ingredients:
1 cup white sesame seeds
1 cup grated jaggery
2 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan until they turn golden and aromatic.
In another pan, melt ghee and add jaggery. Stir until the jaggery melts and forms a smooth mixture.
Add the roasted sesame seeds and cardamom powder to the jaggery mixture. Mix well.
While the mixture is warm, shape it into small balls. Let them cool before storing.
